Description
Red, white, and blue, the colors of the American, British, and French flags, swirl and dance around, scrub into the paper, like confetti and streamers. The image also has a transparent background, so you can buy it on a colorful T-shirt.
I like experimenting with different ways of getting paint onto paper. My tool of choice in making this painting was not a brush, but rather a steel scrubber threaded onto a wooden skewer.
