I did an acrylic pour with colander, then set my colander on a sheet of cardboard to drip while I finished the pour. When I picked up the colander, I discovered a ring of paint and some drips, much too pretty to just throw out. I photographed it, and made some kaleidoscopes. They weren’t anything exciting, but in the middle of the kaleidoscopes, I saw some faces. Funny how you find something wonderful when you think you’re not going to get anything for an evening’s work! This particular face looks to me like a lady with really big hair, holding her tiny hands up on either side of her tiny smiling mouth. What do you see? Please tell me in the comments!
