Description
Turns out when the Purples talk, they open their mouths really REALLY wide to show you their itty-bitty teeth.
It's a good thing abstract doesn't have to make sense, because I'm not sure that sentence does! LOL
I have a little spin-art machine, and when I pour paint onto cards and spin them around, the paint spreads out in all directions and splatters onto the sides of the machine. Sometimes I just wipe it out; more often I let it dry and pull it out carefully to form an acrylic skin that I can then use to make mosaics with. Eventually. I have a whole boxful that probably should be marked "Eventually."
I also photograph the skins, because I tend to photograph everything I come across that looks even remotely interesting, and today that was a good thing -- I went digging through my files to find something for the RED challenge, and came up with a photo of an acrylic skin that I could play around with and turn into a little piece of digital art. I used my photo editor to give it sort of a cartoon-y feel.
When I look at this, I see some loud-mouthed purple characters talking to (or at) each other (I'm not sure they're listening much), with yellow flowers in the middle distance, and dark red mountains much further away. What do you see? I'd love to know! :)
