Description

A wasp-waisted dancer in a red blouse and voluminous long skirt snaps castanets over her head as she dances. Olé!

After a couple of weeks playing with flower petals, I'm returning to my comfort zone, making kaleidoscopes -- with flower petals! I had some rose petals and hypericum leaves out behind my house, and decide to photograph them against the gray wood of the deck. The lines of the woodgrain really contribute a sense of movement to the dancer!
